Who we are

ArtMan SoftLabs Ltd ("ArtMan", "we") operates the website artman.cy and the ArtPortal owner portal. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@artman.cy.

What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the property you mention and your message — to answer your enquiry (legitimate interest; a contract if one follows). Kept for 12 months after our last exchange.

ArtPortal: name, e-mail address, phone, language, the property you own or rent, invoices and payments — to manage the property and bill the common expenses under the management agreement (performance of a contract; legal obligations for accounting and VAT). Invoices and payment records are kept for the periods required by Cyprus tax law (currently 6 years).

Technical data: our hosting providers record the IP address and browser of visits in server logs for security, for a short period. The website sets no advertising cookies; ArtPortal uses only the cookie needed to keep you signed in.

Who processes it for us

Hosting and database providers in the European Union (Vercel, Supabase in Ireland, Cloudflare), an e-mail delivery service (Resend, EU region) and, for card payments in ArtPortal, the payment provider shown at checkout. They act on our instructions under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@artman.cy. You may complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
